Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you are not completely happy with you purchase and would like to return it you can do so in the following circumstances.

You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of purchase but please request any return for damaged or wrong item sent within 7 days of receipt.

Wrong item(s) received

If you have received a wrong item, or part or all of your order is wrong and you would like to return it for a refund or replacement, you can do so within 30 days of purchase but please notify us of the error within 7 days of receipt so we can set up the return for refund / replacement, you will then be able to return the item any time within 30 days of the purchase. Your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the unopened items in their original condition.

To arrange a return simply contact us by filling in the Return Request form. Enter your name and email address (this should be the same as on the order) and enter the order number for the item or item(s) you wish to return. Notify us of the issue and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will reply within 1 business day and set everything up for you.

Damaged item(s) received

If you have received a damaged item, or part or all of your order is damaged and you would like to return it for a refund or replacement, you can do so within 30 days of purchase but please notify us of the error within 7 days of receipt so we can set up the return for refund / replacement, you will then be able to return the item any time within 30 days of the purchase. Your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the items.

Changed my mind / Item no longer required

If you have changed your mind and no longer require the item(s) ordered and you would like to return it for a refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase please notify us and we will set up the return for refund / replacement, you will then be able to return the item any time within 30 days of the purchase. Your refund or replacement will be processed upon receipt of the unopened items in their original condition. We cannot accept a return for used items but will be happy to accept back sealed items for a refund or replacement.

RMA Numbers

Once your return has been approved a Return Merchandise Authorisation number will be issued. You will need to use the RMA number on the return label and on a return slip inserted with the item.

Returning the item

The item(s) will need to be packaged in a bubble lined envelope or box to ensure they are returned back to us undamaged. You can reuse the packaging the item was sent it as long as you ensure it is secure. You need to enclose a sheet of paper with your RMA number on it with the items to be returned.

The return address will be provided once your return has been approved.

You are responsible for returning the item back to us in the same condition it was received. All change of mind returns must be returned back in a sellable condition.

You are responsible for the return postage costs for change of mind returns or items ordered in error.

A return label will be issued for items that have been damaged, shorted dated items or items sent in error.

Refunds / Replacements

All items will be inspected upon receipt.

If you request a refund, refunds will be issued back to the original source and your loyalty points balance will be adjusted (points redeemed created back, points gained will be removed).

If you request a replacement, replacement items will be sent to the same address using the same postage method on the original order.
